Loop all files from the downloads folder and process them one by one
For each batch file, create an entry in the BatchRun table by combining data from the lookup TRADING_PARTNER_PROFILE table
If the BatchRun flow got a valid trading partner profile ID from the lookup table: Process the EDI file to extract data, validate and load to target table File_info
Else, process it for error handling: Update the end_time, update_time, status_code and target file location in the BatchRun Table. Also, add an entry in the BatchError table
In the end, move the file to the error or processed folder in the downloads directory
